Victoria has continued her post graduate studies at Manhattan School of Music where she has concentrated on the research of underrepresented composers and librettists in classical music; a subject she holds dearly. This past year, she has had the privilege to work with several composition majors at MSM & perform their original pieces. She plans to hold her post graduate recital at the beginning of May where she will feature several underrepresented composers. Near the end of June, Victoria will join CoOPERAtive to workshop a new opera, A Nearer Mother  by Mack & McGuire as a principal artist. Where she will be performing the main role of Ruth Coker Burkes.

 

April 2024 was quite exciting for Victoria. She performed in Manhattan School of Music's production of Der Kaiser von Atlantis, where she debuted the role of Harlequin (to our knowledge, one of the first to perform the role as a soprano). Near the end of the month, Victoria held her degree required recital titled, "Was du mir bist?". Journeys of love told through the song cyclesDespite and Still, Op. 41, Barber, Canti della lontananza, Menotti, Vier Lieder, Op. 2, SchoenbergSix Sonnets by Louïse Labé, Ullmann and Drei Lieder Op. 22, Korngold.

In the spring of 2023, Victoria debuted the role of Zora (Svadba) by Ana Sokolović  at Manhattan School of Music. A month later she was selected to perform Zerlina in the Act I Finale of Don Giovanni for the MSM Gala at the Rainbow Room in Rockefeller Center. To end the year, Victoria debuted Serpetta (La finta giardinera) at Manhattan School of Music. 

 

To start the year, in January 2022, Victoria participated in a masterclass with renowned baritone, Ryan Speedo Green. Several months later Victoria accepted an admission offer to Manhattan School of Music for the Master of Music Program in Classical Voice. Later that spring, Victoria performed with Virginia symphony as the soprano soloist for Schubert’s Mass in G at LUMC. In the fall, Victoria performed in MSM Graduate Opera Theatre, Thursday Evening Scenes as Lady with a Hand Mirror (Postcard from Morocco).

In 2021, Victoria placed 2nd at Virginia NATS, 4th Regionals, and advanced to Nationals. She also graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance at F. Ludwig Diehn School of Music, Old Dominion University. Over the summer, Victoria featured the role of Annina (La traviata) and Cinderella (A Musical Revue) at Bay View Music Festival.

At the beginning of 2020, Victoria performed as a soloist in Burchard's The Last Seven Words of Christ with the Williamsburg Choral Guild. She also placed first in her category and won overall best college treble classical voice at Virginia NATS and placed second at Mid-Atlantic Regional NATS. Though the pandemic caused cancellations, Victoria performed in Lisette Oropesa’s Virtual Masterclass, was a participant in the Virtual Salzburg Program at the University of Miami Frost School of Music, and placed as a National Semifinalist at NATS.

In 2019, Victoria debuted the role of Elisetta (Il matrimonio segreto), and was a winner of the Young Artist Competition at Old Dominion University. Solo works included, Handel's Messiah, Angels in the Architecture by Ticheli, and Michael J. Trotta's Virginia premiere of Gloria.

​

Favorite past roles include, Mae (The Wild Party), Nellie (South Pacific), and Rose (The Secret Garden). 

​

Victoria is a graduate of Diehn School of Music Manhattan School of Music. She has recently entered MSM's Performance Studies Certificate program where she continues to be under the tutelage and mentorship of Catherine Malfitano.
