my story
As a performer, avid runner & dance enthusiast, I strive to provide support
and give guidance to anyone facing various challenges in their wellness/fitness journey. I believe consistency and community are key components
to change and maintain
your overall well-being.

I personally understand challenges we face at many wellness/fitness levels.
On IG, I shared my self-care journey (starting in January 2023)
as I recovered from a three year battle
with hormonal imbalance,
and rediscovered my strength
& love for my body.
​
On the one year anniversary of my self-care journey, I ran a full marathon; no official running organization, just me and my Garmin on the Hudson Greenway.
Before my struggles and symptoms with hormonal imbalance, I was a very active person; cross trained and ran 35+ miles a week. I even trained during pregnancy/postpartum, and ran a half marathon six months pregnant.
My struggles and recovery related to hormonal imbalance
changed me for the best.​
My self-care journey has turned into a deep desire to support others.
I want to create a supportive space where people can focus on their own fitness/wellness journey and know they're in safe hands to help them discover what they are truly capable of accomplishing.
